Tiered Classroom 128 35.5' x 32' Maximum occupancy: 65 seats 60 in a 5-row fixed tiered classroom a closer look	Tiered Classroom with Access Grid Node This room serves as the heart of the IT Conference Learning Environment. Priority use of this room is for learning and utilization of the access grid and videoconferencing from a large number of remote locations. The Access Grid contains a tiered classroom seating with power and data at the worktop for each occupant. A microphone located at every other seat enhances effective communication exchange. The access grid/multimedia screen is located at the south end. Power and data is also available throughout the tiered seating into the worktops. Whiteboards are also available.
Multipurpose Room 143 45' x 35' Maximum occupancy: 140 with movable seating or 80 with round tables and chairs a closer look	This room can accomodate breakfast and lunch meetings at tables seating 6-8 individuals as well as classroom type seminars or presentations. The Multipurpose Room is designed to allow maximum flexibility. The multimedia screen is located at the north end. Furniture and tables can be easily moved to accommodate almost any type of gathering or prsentation. Whiteboards, flipchart, paper and easels are also available. return to top of this page
Small Conference Room 130 20' x 18' Occupancy: 15 a closer look	This conference room is designed for videoconferencing needs, and contains a multimedia screen. Furniture and tables complement the videoconferencing use of this room. Whiteboards are available. return to top of this page
Breakout Area 131 30' x 18' Occupancy: 50 a closer look	Open Breakout Space East The Breakout Room is d esigned as casual space for participants to receive messages, handle voice mail and email while attending seminars or meetings in the Conference Center. Corporate Boardroom 132 30' x 18' Maximum occupancy: 25 a closer look	This executive room serves as a secure work environment for high level confidential meetings that can continue for several days, if needed. This room will has specific card access that provides a secure environment for equipment such as laptops and PDAs. The finishes and furniture are of the highest quality and the room includes videoconferencing capabilities, motorized room darkening shades, and a remote controlled multimedia screen located on the north wall. Northeast Conference Room 134 30'x31' Maximum occupancy: 49 a closer look	Northeast Conference Room A large conference room located at the northeast corner of the first floor. Complete multimedia equipment available for use. There are centrally located floor boxes for power and data. Furniture in this space is flexible and can accommodate power and data from these floor box locations to the desk top. Whiteboards are available return to top of this page
Northwest Conference Room 139 30'x31' Maximum occupancy: 49 a closer look	A large conference room located at the northwest corner of the first floor. A screen for multimedia use will be located on the east wall. Furniture for this space can be easily moved and the power and data needs are supported from floor box locations to the desk top. West Conference Room 141 20' x 30' Occupancy: 22 a closer look	This conference room is designed for videoconferencing or can be use as general meeting space for medium size groups. Breakout Rooms 144,145,146 10' x 17' (each room) Occupancy for each room: 6 a closer look	These 3 rooms can be configured as casual private meeting space or work rooms. Each room is equipped for conference calling and internet access. Whiteboards are available. return to top of this page
Demonstration Room 147 30' x 22 Maximum occupancy: 20 a closer look	This space designed for launching new ideas, services and products to the IT community. It contains flexible seating as well as easels, white boards and tables to support communication of these activities. return to top of this page
